Define the service to promote
Do not start by promoting the whole company through one page. Identify the service, customer, actual coverage and information needed to assess an enquiry. A specialism needs its own explanation; a list of neighbourhood names does not replace it.
Check the page and contact route
The page should clarify scope, relevant conditions and the next step. Review mobile buttons, form errors and message delivery. Published price references need their scope stated. Sending more visitors to a form that never reaches its recipient is not a commercial improvement.

Distinguish SEO from advertising
SEO works on structure, crawling, content and organic visibility, with uncertain timing and rankings. Advertising needs media spend, creative and campaign follow-up. They can work together but involve different costs, tasks and evaluation criteria. Shared tasks should not be charged twice without genuinely different work.
Agree what counts as a result
A phone click does not confirm a call and an enquiry does not confirm a sale. Define measured events, required consent and who supplies feedback on enquiry quality. Preserve that distinction in reporting instead of presenting interactions as revenue.
Decide with sufficient information
Before increasing spend, check for incidents, offer changes and unanswered enquiries. Short periods or few contacts may not provide conclusive evidence. The same caution applies to AI search mentions: an accessible foundation and clear content do not guarantee inclusion in answers.
